Rob is the President of Genesis Financial Group, LLC.  Since graduating from the University of Rhode Island with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Rob has accumulated over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.  After many years of working at larger firms such as Merrill Lynch, Smith Barney and Stifel Nicolaus, independence came along with the establishment of Genesis in 2000.

Being grateful for each and every one of his clients, Rob believes in round-the-clock service and responsiveness that is unmatched.  Combined with an unrelenting attention to detail and a well thought out common-sense based approach to financial planning, the result is a very professional yet personable relationship.

Born, raised and currently residing in Northern New Jersey, Rob is married to Christina and they have two sons, Cole and Jake.  They enjoy spending time at the beach and Rob remains very active by playing baseball, basketball and golf.

Tina has over 40 years of securities industry experience spanning Operations, Trading, Client Relationship Management (“CRM”), and Compliance.

She has supported Advisors by providing white-glove service to high net worth, retail, and institutional clients across a variety of asset classes.

At Genesis Financial Group, Tina provides support to enable the effective execution of advisor driven strategies. This includes managing Operations, handling day-to-day client communications and requests, as well as recordkeeping for Compliance purposes.
